What’s the effect of that going to be on our minds and lives? The muscles in our body need to rest, recover and recharge after they’ve been ripped in a regular gym session. It’s the same for our minds. Our mind needs to rest, process, unravel and regenerate for the next day’s activities and experiences. Download the next edition below.

New Wellbeing Workshops

As part of our services for Birmingham Wellbeing Alliance, we are offering brand new monthly wellbeing workshops. Start the year well by creating a healthier, happier lifestyle. We will be joined by psychotherapist Philippa Allenby to explore the topic of sleep and rest. Join us on Zoom on Monday 26th February 12.30-13.30.
