The Birmingham Wellbeing Forum

Our Wellbeing Forum sessions include some structured input – including a refresher on some aspect of wellbeing – as well as a chance to share views on the challenges and opportunities for Wellbeing champions at this time. There is also space for co-learning, using breakout rooms, using training material or a case study to help us think more deeply together about a potential workplace situation/ scenario and the support we can offer our colleagues.

We will be meeting via Zoom, with log-on details being sent out to all attendees 24-48 hours before the event.  To book your place click HERE

Our experienced Co-Facilitators are both passionate about supporting wellbeing as we navigate the challenges of life at work and beyond.
