Wellbeing Forum May 2021
May 19 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
The Birmingham Wellbeing Forum
Across the Birmingham business community, frontline support for wellbeing is increasingly provided by Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions. This Forum is to “support the supporters”: it gives an opportunity for staff who are supporting colleagues in Birmingham businesses to come together for some structured input, including an refresher on some aspect of wellbeing.
Our Wellbeing Forum sessions include some structured input – including a refresher on some aspect of wellbeing – as well as a chance to share views on the challenges and opportunities for Wellbeing champions at this time. There is also space for co-learning, using breakout rooms, with training material or a case study to help us think more deeply together about a potential workplace situation/ scenario and the support we can offer our colleagues.
Building on our recent session on Leading with Courage , our next gathering of the Wellbeing Forum will be focussed on ‘Spring Stepping Stones’ to help you think about ways in which you can strengthen yourself and others within your role as Wellbeing Champion in your work.
Please share this information with the Wellbeing Champions in your business and invite them to book in for free via Eventbrite.
We will be meeting via Zoom, with log-on details being sent out to all attendees 24-48 hours before the event.
Our experienced Co-Facilitators are both passionate about supporting wellbeing as we navigate the challenges of life at work and beyond.
