Meditation for Wellbeing: An Introduction to Meditation
An experiential workshop introducing meditation as a simple, radically effective way to live your life with greater wellbeing, freedom and compassion. No prior experience is necessary and the session is suitable for everyone. The workshop will be on Zoom. Details will be sent after you sign up.
Workshop Leader Chris Whittington has introduced meditation to many hundreds of leaders and staff across the UK working in the commercial and social sectors and is also Head of Education Law at Antony Collins Solicitors. Chris was introduced to meditation at the age of 19 when living at a Benedictine monastery, after which he studied at the Dalai Lama’s monastery in India, and is the founder of The School of Contemplative Life.
