To start the year well, the theme for the January 2022 edition is ‘Vision’. Drawing on proven scientific research Tim lays out an effective exercise to help direct and engage your wellbeing and that of your team. The goal is not necessarily to reach your target but to identify and to enjoy the positive growth you see as you go forward. Download the next edition below.
