About Paul Vallor:
A former Finance and Operations Director of Hewlett-Packard Ltd., he was also the founding Director of Hewlett-Packard International Bank in Dublin. Paul doubled as HR Director during the millennium spin-off of Agilent Technologies from Hewlett-Packard and managed a company-wide employee consultation process for the demerger. As HR Director he was a key player in the appointment and leadership development of senior managers.
Paul is Chair of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity and has over 25 years experience as a charity trustee. His book Get a Life – Winning Choices for Working People underpins his Integrating Work and Life seminar that has run in over 100 locations nationally and in Europe. He wrote Using Measurement Well in the Grove Books Leadership series and teaches on how using measurement well can improve human flourishing.
